HOW TO REFRESH FROZEN SCONES
To serve your scones, allow them to defrost at room temperature for 1-2 hours. This ensures they retain their delicious texture and flavour.

For that irresistible freshly baked aroma and taste, place the defrosted scones in a moderate oven at 180°C (or 160°C for fan ovens) for 5-7 minutes. This brief warming period will rejuvenate the scones, giving them a crisp exterior and soft, fluffy interior.
​
Avoid microwaving your scones, as this can cause them to become dense and stodgy. Instead, let them gently warm in the oven to ensure a perfect, fresh-baked finish every time.
​
